Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Karen Saukas! Type-A, INFJ, food freedom expert, sensitive soul, and eating disorder survivor.

My superpower? Blending real-life experience with a science-backed strategy. I’ve been where you are — caught in a cycle of control, shame, and anxiety around food — and I know how to guide you out.

I hold a B.A. in psychology with high distinction, and am also a certified coach and a National Eating Disorder Association Body Project Trainer, so you’ll be in good hands.
