Hey! I’m glad you’re here.
Finding the perfect match with a coach is what can make all of the difference.
I saw several therapists when struggling with food and body image, and I always left feeling misunderstood or like the advice never worked. I needed someone who had been in my shoes. Someone who got it without me having to try to explain.
I’m ready to be that person for you.
I’m a Type-A, INFJ, empath who loves nothing more than deeply connecting with people. My coaching style is empathetic and encouraging. I offer a shame-free, safe space because I’ve personally experienced both ends of the disordered eating spectrum.
I’ll talk to you like a friend, but offer insight like a coach who understands psychology and neuroscience. If you’re ready to feel relief and find healing, let’s talk.
But don’t take it from me. Hear what my clients have to say and see my qualifications below.
What my clients are saying
Karen is an absolutely fantastic coach with a wonderful personality. I feel she challenges me well, but I never feel judged in any way. This allows me to feel comfortable with her and truly open up and feel confident to actually push myself and my thoughts.
- Sarah C.
Karen helped me in more ways than I could have anticipated. I am immensely grateful we crossed paths, as her stellar listening and questioning skills helped me improve my mental health, build strong habits, strengthen my self-confidence, to name a few.
- Fettouma T.
Karen is highly empathetic and her positive energy is uplifting and inspiring.
I felt listened to, and more importantly I felt heard, as Karen always afforded me the space to think and process my thoughts. I remembered that I am strong and resilient and I can achieve anything one step at a time.
- Sara S.
"Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives."
— Bessel van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score
