Karen Saukas

Food freedom coach and recovery mentor on a mission to help other people-pleasing perfectionists avoid the pain, loneliness, and lengthy struggle it took me to find peace with food, my body, and myself.

I recovered after 10 years of anorexia, bulimia, and disordered eating. On my own.

I hold a degree in psychology with high distinction, am a certified coach, and a National Eating Disorder Association Body Project Trainer.

  • The Pathway Community is for women who struggle with mild disordered eating.

    If food and body image issues negatively impact you on a daily basis, a step-by-step program or 1:1 Coaching may be a better fit.

  • Yes! The Pathway Community is a supportive community with helpful resources.

    But it is important that you understand that this community may only be used for education and support purposes. The Pathway Community is not treatment for an eating disorder. Please consult with your medical team to ensure this community is the right addition to support you in your recovery journey.

    To keep the community chat a safe space for everyone, only mild disordered eating may be discussed. Detailed eating disorder behavior or triggering information is not allowed.

    If you’re interested in coaching, private 1:1 coaching is the better fit.

    If you have specific medical or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional who can offer personalized guidance based on your unique needs.

    As a coach and mentor, I support clients with knowledge, community, compassionate support, and practical strategies based on my personal experience, the experience of my clients, and public research and information. 

  • The Pathway Community is a $30 monthly membership.

    Once you join, you get instant access to the community chat and current healing activities and audio recordings. New resources are added monthly to keep the content fresh. Take the time you need to work through the materials, as each person makes progress at their own pace.

    The live workshops are held on one Sunday a month at 6 PM CET (5 PM BST / 12 PM EST). The workshop schedule is updated in advance, so you can plan ahead. If you can’t join a workshop, replays are always available.

    If you want to cancel your membership, no problem! Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

  • Once you enroll, you’ll be prompted to set up a login username and password. I’ll send you a welcome email right away with easy steps to get started.

    The community chat, audio library, and downloadable resources will be waiting for you to dive in! Get started when it suits your schedule and go at the pace that works best for you.
